Excel won’t let me do simple macros like Ctrl+shift+I
I don’t know why it won’t let me do these actions anymore. Last night it was working fine. Macros are enabled.

Check if you still have the macro that was created in the sheet. Navigate to developer tab (add it if it’s not there) and check for the macro.
If you have the factset plugin, make sure they’re not overriding with one of their shortcuts. Has happened to me a couple times and took me forever to figure it out.
