Exit Ops at Non-BB IB

Hello all,

Having lurked around these forums long enough, I’ve noticed a lot has been said about potential exit opps from BB IBD. What about those who end up doing IB at large non-BB banks? (such as HSBC, BNP Paribas, TD Securities). What usually happens to most of these people after the analyst level? Any information would be appreciated.
