Hi All, I joined IB at a MM several months ago, and for a variety of factors I'm not enjoying my time as much as I thought I would. My question is, how early can I begin recruiting without raising eyebrows (ideally, something on the buyside)?
Is it typically at the 1-year mark, early as 6 months, etc.? Appreciate everyone's thoughts and feedback (or if anyone has been in a similar situation and was able to make an early exit).
