I am currently recruiting for IB internships at a variety of firms and many ask on their applications what my expected base pay is. I have just been putting $100,000 annualized because I would be fine with that and do not want to ask too much. It is the lower end of what I have seen for jobs with that info posted. Is this stupid? What should I put for this?
