I’m not shitting on EY but am seriously confused about why this is posted in the IB forum

 

My dads an MD for EY advisory. He said they froze all firing firmwide for any reason during the first few months of COVID, so there’s just a backlog right now of underperformers who would have been fired earlier. It’s just averaging out from earlier this year, according to him.
