Facebook buying Instagram (2012)

Just saw this WSO post (https://www.wallstreetoasis.com/forum/investment-…) from 2012 about Facebook buying Instagram. It's so funny seeing the comments where people acted like the move was bad or that Instagram was "overvalued."

It's definitely outcome bias, but man those people who said it was a bad move look dumb rn lol

And Facebook itself was probably way overvalued.  People can't see ten years into the future.  Big whoop.  Ten years from now Instagram may be dead and we'll be back to calling it a bad move.
