talked to an associate at moelis and he told me about it - its def very under wraps tho - article from nytimes titled Is Silicon Valley in the Justice Dept.’s Sights? mentions it a little bit as well

Hes on garden leave before joining Moelis. Ehren has been running Liontree the last few years. Have heard rumblings the media retreat they use to put on had some freaky activities happening which derailed the firm… media has been tight lipped… take that as you will but has led to most of the team leaving. Other founder hasn’t made public appearances for quite some time…
