Fall Unpaid Responses - push or drop?

I've been reaching out to a lot of boutiques for an opportunity to work an unpaid fall internship. I've received a lot of responses basically saying "great but come back for our summer program",

At this point do I push, ask one more time if I can set up an informational call at least -> then ask during the call if a fall time unpaid position is possible, or do I just drop it and move on?

Additionally wondering if I should be wary of some form of scam in some noname shops without websites/linkedin networks.

What is your situation? Have you already graduated? Are you still a student? Why do you want to do a fall internship? Is it for the cash flow or for the learning? Answering these questions may help yourself decide if you should continue with such processes or not
