Alt + f + h + e + a = send that mofo model out and hit the clubs
Its not excel, but control+alt+delete and then enter, followed by me quickly walking out the door to my car is my favorite shortcut.
Hit them with an Alt + L + DM or Alt + L + I + U and use it to mention that as a VBA God you can automate much of the work

Any time I receive a model, ALT + M + N (Name Manager) and look at the shitshow of broken links to desktops of the client and other banks, cell names like "fuckbanking," "ebitda" (12 times) references to old versions of models or another deal entirely, etc.
If you haven't tried it, I strongly recommend it.
