Do you guys have any mergers that you particularly admire or any that you would highlight as a good example to dig into?
Looking for M&A deals that I can learn from. (i.e. go through SEC filings, look up background, etc.)

I haven’t looked into it much, but going through the Wikipedia list of largest recent mergers, maybe Comcast/NBCUniversal (GE) is worth looking into if you want/can. Or JPMorgan/Chase

My favorite deal of all time is the one when the MD emails the deal team saying the deal just died. That's heaven.
