FDD Insights/Any Advice for FT22
So I didn't end up getting anything through junior recruiting in IB, but I landed a PwC FDD gig this summer. I'm hoping this gives me some relevant experience but what should I do for full time? PwC would require me to do an extra year of school (150 credits) which I don't want to do (I don't want my CPA so it's a waste of time). What kind of roles and firms would be within reach (take in I'm from a non-target)
Had a similar internship opportunity at a firm like PwC. Best advice would be to take the internship, say you're interested in getting your CPA, then leveraging for banking full-time.
May I ask what you did for FT recruiting after your internship? This year I spent a lot of time networking with BB's and it didn't amount to much (clearly), I want to be much more targeted in my approach come FT recruiting
