Feasibility of moving superday slash new excuses to miss work advice needed

Long story short, I’m currently at a decent group at a bulge bracket, and got a superday for next week at JP morgan IB full time. However I’ve basically exhausted all my “dr appointment” excuses on my MBB interviews. Any advice on moving the superday/better excuses
