Joined a MM not too long ago, curious how other laterals are ramping up. Come from a no-name background so lots of the work & analyses are fairly different. Been a bit difficult to ramp up so far. How’s everyone else doing?

Fellow lateral - it’s definitely tough. Almost like joining as a first year by learning all the processes and even layout, etc. just force other analysts in your year to show you stuff and you’ll eventually get there.
