Financial Modelling Definition
Could anyone explain what exactly does financial modelling encompass? I have seen a lot of posts referring to DCF, M&A, and lbo models, but are comps also considered "models"? And are there other types of modelling, e.g. are financial statement projections and (levered) free cash flow projections considered models as well??
