Great list. If you're looking for relatively high populations of foreign rich kids (e.g. China, India, various South American countries) non-Ivy schools like NYU, BU, Berkeley (frankly most of the UC system) all worth noting.

Lots at small expensive private schools you’ve never heard of. Also, lots at big southern/midwestern schools. Just what I’ve noticed from friends/fof in nyc.
I go to a lower tier Big Ten school and there are good amount of them here.
