Finding deals a specific firm has worked on.
As title says. I'm struggling to find deals for a specific firm (National Bank of Canada.) Ive got an interview coming up and I'm sure they'll ask me about a deal they've worked on but it's hard to find.
Anyone know of a database where you can see a bank's deals and find info on the specific details of the deal?
Bloomberg (MA Function) and Marketline are helpful. For specific city, it depends on the geography of the deal. For example: If the deal involves a merger of two Canadian software companies in HQ'd in Toronto, it is likely that the advisors were the bank in the Toronto office. Hope this helps!
Thanks patty.
Do you know any that are free? lol

Stalk the Natty B group heads on LinkedIn. If memory serves me correct, they frequently post about each and every mandate they’ve closed
