I am learning M&A with a group of entrepreneurs and we have access to private money from a family office. We are seeking to save businesses hit hard by the pandemic. I have been contacting govt offices, commercial loan officers and starting to connect with deal originators.
Any suggestions on how to get to these people before its too late?
