Finding Internship Senior Year (HS)

I am currently a high school senior hoping to pursue investment banking. What internship should I try to obtain my high school senior year leading into freshmen year of college?

Looking for an internship that will boost my chances of getting into IB, so please help me out

Honestly, I would just relax and have some fun before college starts. It's great that you think you want to do investment banking. If you have time, try to read this forum or the Vault guides to understand what investment banking is and the different front office roles as well.

However, if you are adamant on spending time working, I would look into Private Equity Search Fund internships - they are generally unpaid, but can allow you to get great experience. Also, look into any jobs your parents can get you via their connections or at their firm / company. Worse case scenario (which is still awesome), work as a tutor, nanny / babysitter, or a retail job.

Again would strongly advise you to relax, but hey it's up to you. Good luck and enjoy senior year!

This may be insane sounding......go get laid bro. Hone those interpersonal skills that you'll need to develop strong communication skills and leadership skills in the future NO IM NOT TROLLING. Just have fun, but I do think strong social events (house party, casually smoking weed with people not really tight with, etc) helps promote those skills that you need to not come across as a loser. I'm not in IB, but some of the coolest people I know are. Watch sports (pro and college), get drinking game skills up, but, again, get laid.
