I’m an Indian student and incoming MSF at a target Uni in the US. My goal is BB M&A. Had a quick question about the Series 63 and 79 licenses and how do I go about obtaining them?

and do you need it to be able to work in IB in the US?
Most banks require you take the exams, a few random banks don’t. You have to actually be an employee to be sponsored for the 79 & 63. You can take the SIE though on your own/whenever you want.
