First few weeks on the desk

I am going through training and feel like we’re kind of getting crammed with a fuck ton of info right now. Getting a bit anxious about starting the real work.

What do the first few weeks/month look like for analysts? Are you immediately just thrown into the fire and start pulling 2 am nights the day you hit the desk?
