first year analyst needs excel help

i am a first year analyst who just started at a middle market bank and am struggling with excel. i didn't have an internship and thought i was decently familiar with excel, but have started the job and feel behind compared to other fy analysts. are there any resources/courses i can use to catch up? any suggestions, help or advice please. i'm worried
