Hello, I am wondering what kind of things I should be doing in my first year to set me up for IB or financial services jobs in general. I know some firms do early insight programs for first years but am not sure when they open or which ones I should be filling out. I got rejected from the top tier clubs at my school and am just curious how you would go forward.
