First Years to $85k.. which banks and which departments though?...
Hi All - I'm sure a bunch of you have heard Goldman's plan to pay first years $85k now. My only question is: which banks and which departments are doing this?
Would love to know if DB / CS / UBS / JPM / MS / BAML / Citi and which departments IBD / Trading / Sales / Equity Research / ECM / DCM / LevFin / Securitization / Other are getting the lifts?
And do 2nd and 3rd years get lifted to new base pay bands with the first years making as much as some current 2nd and 3rd year analysts across the bank(s) (depends which bank/offer you get obviously)?
