Following Up After Ghosted from Interviews
I've had 3 interviews (1 MD, 2 VPs) with this firm and I thought they all went fairly well. The last interview was over 3 weeks ago now and I haven't heard anything back from the recruiter or people I interviewed with. For reference, this is public finance at a larger bank, not quite BB but plenty corporate.
Is this the appropriate time to send out a follow up email? I wouldn't have expected them to ghost me even if I didn't get an offer, but it seems unlikely at this point that they haven't made a decision.
