For lower middle market bankers, what do you typically do with deals that are too small?
Hey everyone – I come from an investment banking background and recently got licensed as a business broker. I’ve built a small team focused on executing lower middle market and $250k-20mm deals that may fall below the typical IB threshold.
Curious to hear how you all handle opportunities that are too small for your group or don’t justify a full IB engagement. Do you refer them out or pass entirely?
Would love to connect with anyone open to exploring a potential collaboration.
