Forced to study a postgraduate. Which is best?

Hi guys, I am just looking for advice in regards to my postgraduate study pursuit.

I am a graduate in Australia and currently working in corporate finance at big 4. My generic goal is to move into investment banking in 1-2yrs.

Which of the following would hold the most weight for me to do this? My firm is pushing me to study something so I've got to decide. It might also be worth noting that I am thinking of working overseas in the future.

My choices are:

1) Graduate Diploma of Chartered Accounting (CA)- I see a lot of ex-accountants with this designation who end up in IB. Would be paid for by my firm.

2) CFA level 1- I don't know if only level 1 holds any sort of significant weight or not but I wouldn't want to spend all the study time on all 3 levels just yet. Would also be paid for by my firm.

3) Diploma of Applied Finance- Fully online whilst I work, which is convenient and the units are pretty customizable to relate to IB

I know it may be better to do none of them and to just focus on networking and my work., but if I have to pick one would any help me more than the others?

Thanks in advance.
