Forvis Capital Advisors
One of the HR people from Forvis Capital Advisors reached out about an associate position in one of their regional offices. I am interested as this role is in my hometown, but I cannot find a lot on the bank. I know they were the result of a merger back in 2022. I am curious if anyone can provide insight on types of deals? Salaries? Culture?
Analyst 3+ in IB - Cov, sorry about the lack of response. Maybe one of these topics will help:

Hope that helps.
Did you end up getting any info? Curious as well. Thanks
Talked to a few people over there. Seems like a lot of their work comes from the accounting partners. 10-300m Valuations usually, primarily sell sides. overall seems like an average MM shop, Pay seems to be below market, but hours seem to be below market.
Didn’t know they have a banking arm. Ran into them at a conference late last year after the BKD and DHG merger finalized, and seems like they were just mainly focused on rebranding and expanding within wealth management and the advisory practices. Might be a relatively new initiative to expand their services?
Forvis to my knowledge is an accounting/ advisory firm. Their capital advisors team is likely just a piece of their consulting arm the same way they also offer transaction advisory (FDD/ Valuation)
