Frankfurt, Goldman Sachs, New Analyst Programme

Hi everyone,

Has anyone heard about joining the Frankfurt GS IBD Team without doing an internship before?
 

According to their website they have this New Analyst Programme, where you can apply to different divisions, including Investment Banking. But some say that this programme is also for people with not a lot experience in the financial sector. Could someone please clarify on that as it obviously not really possible to join the IBD team without prior experiences?

I know MS and some others hire outside their intern pool...
