Free cabs?? Who knew
I just started my i-banking internship today and the firm said they'd reimburse me for cabs home? I knew about the dinner stipend but I didn't know about this! Does every firm do this? Fuckin' sweet.

This makes me smile. I remember how much these simple perks used to make me feel pampered. Enjoy the excitement bud... Always nice to not have to walk home after a long day. If they reimburse for black cars you should try one of those to mix it up every now and then. I remember the first time a black car picked me up at my apartment to take me to the airport for an international flight for work... Pretty awesome...
Exactly my thought.
One thing to keep in mind: there is a cut off time, before which you won't be reimbursed for cabs. It's 10 PM at many of the BBs now, and typically 9 PM at the rest.
I've heard MS is 10PM, Wells is 8PM.
err...actually don't know any banks who don't do that.
Since the number of times I've taken a cab is quite limited, I'm looking forward to this "peerk" myself :-)
