Freshman at Super Non Target Wanting to Transfer

I am a freshman at a super non-target currently doing a spring investment banking analyst intersnhip program. I interned at an investment company in the fall, and have a financial planning internship lined up for the summer. I am trying to transfer to a better school, but all of my friends tell me that with the current experience I have there is no reason to transfer. Keep in mind, the school I go to is worse than you can imagine, literally zero banking presence. The few guys that have made it from the last couple of classes got very lucky or were diverse. Is transferring worth it? The school I am transferring to is also a non-target but a better school with a lot more kids who make it.
