Just wrapped up recruiting and got a SA position at a boutique in Chicago from a target. What will the FT recruiting climate look like for 2022? Will it be hard to move to NYC for a BB?

If someone asked last year around this time about what FT recruiting 2020 would look like, everyone would have said it would have been very much possible because of the growth in seats and good state of the economy.
