Hey everyone, looking for some advice on preparing for FT recruiting. As an incoming SA, should I start networking before I begin my internship, or wait until it's already underway to begin cold emailing etc? Also, do firms do info sessions (and/or OCR) for FT or is that only for SA?

Only SA because they usually get plenty of qualified candidates applying to their FT roles so they have no need to really recruit.
Start networking during your internship, like 1-2 weeks in, rather than right now.

I can't speak of the best way to prepare for FT and FT recruiting, but make sure to build relationships with people at your firm. The more people that know who you are, the more people you have that may vouch for you when it is time to make that decision.
