I'm a bit thrown off by the current timeline for full-time 2025 recruiting. I was expecting it to kick off during the summer, but I've noticed some firms have already opened applications. So now I'm somewhat concerned about missing the cycle. Are firms starting earlier this year, or is this just a one-off thing?
