FT Partners HR Phone Screen
Hi all,
Curious if anyone has any advice regarding FT Partners interview process. Passed the CCAT and the Hire Spark and am on to a HR 10-15 minute phone screen. Will it just be behavioral or will there be some simple technicals involved?
Want to be fully prepared for anything, as I have heard/read stories about FT's interview process.
(yes I am aware of FT's culture/sweaty vibe, I am a non-target so let me have this lol)

hi did you ever hear anything! i hvae the HR screen in a few days and am wondering the same things.
Interviewed with them in 2022. HR screen was behaviorals + one softball technical (what are some valuation methods)
