WF middle market is a very 9-5 job, managing relationships with small business owners. Comp is low, all in around 60k i think depending on where your offer is. Whats your end goal? Also does hsbc group IB together with Corporate banking?
No this is specifically corporate banking
Right, Im asking if the bank that you have the offer at combines their Corporate Banking and IB divisons together (CIB) which just bumps Corporate Banking pay up a lot. In CB, general rule of thumb is that if they do, you will have same base as IB, smaller bonus, if they dont, its comp is lower.
Speaking on FT Partners, I would heavily recommend this if you are interested in tech - especially FinTech. If you are not, you are going to be extremely overworked for something you are not interested in.
