Coming up on my second ib internship this summer and knowing that the firm doesn’t offer return offers; wanted to get insight on how to approach full time recruiting and interviewing.

Investment Banking Full Resume Review

“Overall it was a seamless process with very little back and forth. The feedback was very clear and actionable. It was very obvious were my short comings were and where I needed to improve my resume. Feed back was very constructive and overall was super helpful. The process was very streamlined and efficient. The only thing I would improve from the process not necessarily the mentor was that there should be a way to disclose if you are under a non disclosure agreement because that created some friction when implementing feedback.”

“Iason is super knowledgeable, gives very practical feedback, he was able to walk me through how to answer all of the behaviourals for my Evercore interview, we also had the chance to review some technicals as well.
