"Can aynone give a full overview to M&A? Like, describing full process of M&A from beginning to the end + describing what activities does Investment Bankers, Lawyers, MBB firms, Big 4 etc. each perform?"

This pretty much covers it. Only thing missing is keeping a daily tracker when you check the freezer. Or if you can’t check the freezer yourself, then there should also be a log to go with the tracker
But if I update the tracker and someone else updates the log who tracks whose job it is to track each tracker?
