Full Time Recruiting
I am a senior at a target school and am returning to a MM bank (WB, HL, Jeffries) in Chicago. I am wondering what the full-time recruiting process is like. I know Summer Analyst started in the winter, but from what I saw during my junior internship, people who got full-time offers at different shops were recruiting in the summer. I know it's lofty and will require a lot of work, but I am really trying to get a BB job in NY. With that being said, when should I start networking, or am I already behind the proverbial 8-ball?
