Banking - top 4-5 groups ideally
Dam well you better have cracked SA + undergrad if you’re going that narrow. But you should see Moe, PJT, & HL open spots around July/August timeframe. Best to start networking early July though.
If you are talking about after a summer internship, timeline is networking circa mid-late july, interviews from august-september. Historically PJT has taken quite a few as a decent chunk of the class leaves to PE/HF, most others seem to fill as needed (typically if a summer doesnt return), unsure abt pwp/moe thats driven by group placements, some satellite offices for some banks will have a few spots as well.
How do you recommend networking for PJT EVR HL etc.?
Firstly, make sure to get your return offer. Uphill and losing battle if you dont.
Secondly networking is just like pre-SA networking. Be a chill dude, show u are smart, get the techs down, have a good why rx story, and be well read on whatever rx case, is hot atm.
