Further education in Australia
Currently work in Australian M&A covering infra/utilities/energy (mostly project finance).
Firm requires we complete further study to progress, either: - CFA Level 1 and a financial modelling course (think Mazars); OR - Masters in finance (only the first couple units)
Which direction would make the most sense? I feel if I pursue the CFA level 1 route I will have to finish all of it.
Also how common is it to have mandatory education requirement?
