Generalist SA to RX FT?
Incoming Generalist SA thinking about recruiting for RX FT. I know prepping requires a significant amount of time - time that I would sacrifice from my quality of work as an intern this summer, etc
My question is: How many RX FT positions do we expect to open up this Fall (given the return offer conversion for these groups historically and the current market)? Is it worth the trade off to do all this prep, just to potentially end up with little to no available positions?
Looking at places like PJT EVR MOE GUGG GHL HL
Thank you for your help in advance!
