Generic mid summer review - no return?
Currently an SA and my mid summer review had all the same generic points like good attitude, hard working, communicative etc with very little constructive criticism. The meeting went really fast and I'm scared this is a sign that I won't get a return. I was too afraid to ask my supervisor if I was on track for a return (didn't want to be blunt) and they didn't explicitly say no return/return but I'm getting nervous as I think about it more. Am I just overthinking?

It’s harder for the group to hire someone more competent in FT recruiting (competition for talent is much more intense), so unless you give them a reason not to want you back, I wouldn’t worry. Of course if you are at a place that over hires or underperforms, they may not need to replace you.
