Ghosted by Old Connections
Have been trying to reach back out to people in the industry that I connected with either over the phone or in person throughout undergrad now that I've started FT. Surprised to see so many not respond, however, it has been 1+ years since I spoke to some of them. Is this a clear sign that I've done a poor job of keeping in touch with people, or did they just brush over the email and I should send a second?
Not here to complain, just want to address any mistakes and not make them again when meeting people in the future.

I would completely agree with this point, but ~90% are still at their same firms. I will double check if firms' formats have changed since.
