Girls who invest is very competitive but so so worth applying. It would not be hyperbolic to say this program changed my life and certainly my future career. You get great training, internships with unbelievably good luck partner firms and so much more opportunity- I got offers from ib, asset management, er, some lmm/mm pe (and could have done better here if I was a bit more on top of my game). This is for someone with zero finance experience, classes or background before gwi.

as for what they are looking for: treat it like college apps. Overall, they want smart, kind, driven students. You don’t have to have finance experience (I didn’t) but if you don’t, you should explain why are interested in the program if you don’t have any. Letter of recs and essays matter a lot, and they don’t have to be finance focused
