Going from equity to fixed income--how to prepare

I've been in equity research for nearly a decade, and as a side project I'm working on a new corporate bond issuance with a partner and his team--most of my work is as an advisor overseeing the structure, ensuring that it will appeal to funds, and then pitching it during the road show.

Are there any general resources that could be useful? What should I be on the lookout for? Keep in mind I'm not doing the underwriting or even structuring it directly.
