Goldman & JP Morgan Halt Sophomore Recruiting

I'm sure everyone has seen by now what's going on. I feel that this is good for the current sophomores who are sacrificing so much of their time, grades, and sleep towards figuring out how they are gonna get their SA gig.

On the other hand, some of the students that have had to face the accelerated timeline might feel screwed by this. I'm in the latter group but don't feel conned - it's just wild. Other BB's to follow suit?

TBH top kids will get their offers whether it is spring or fall recruiting. This is more like cushion time for kids who are not prepared in their sophomore fall/still trying to figure out where their heads at. Having that said, people who are prepared will always be prepared, so let's wait for the class of 2020 with kids that "took more time to prepare" to test the difference (honestly I personally don't see too much difference, most technical courses are not offered to business students until their junior year so having the entire spring to prep doesn't make a difference if you don't have your technical knowledge there)
