Hi, has anyone had any experience lateraling to Goldman? You apply to "skillsets" rather than specific jobs. I am currently a BB in IB at another bank and I applied and got a hirevue, completed it and HR reached out about a job completely unrelated to what I do. Should I respond at all? i'm unsure if this means i'm not considered for other roles within the "skill set"
