Stub bonus for second year associate (5 months): £31k
Very disappointing and ridiculous number
Don’t get discouraged - the stub is always crap because they pay everyone the same so the bank has no incentive to pay under-performers a good bonus. It sucks, I know, but next year will be accordingly better
