Goldman Sachs status update (lateral)

Hi everyone,

Exactly two weeks ago (from tomorrow), I had a final round interview for a lateral Analyst position at GS. Three days after the interview, I reached out to HR to ask what a time-frame for a decision is, and they characteristically told me that the team is still working on a decision, and I should know by 'next week' (which is this week, and ends tomorrow).

The wait is killing me, how do you suggest I proceed? Is it too aggressive/intrusive to call HR tomorrow? Do you suggest emailing them once more? Or reaching out to one of the people that interviewed me?

Thank you very much, really appreciate the help.
