hey im a Jr in CS and I got offers at Wolverine Trading in Chi for software engineering intern and Goldman Sachs summer technology anaylst internship(in banking tech team)...im just wondering which one do you think will be better for a software engineer?

Pay is comparable, COL and workplace environment (Wolverine will be a LOT more casual) is not. I would probably take wolverine if I was just interested in tech.
which do you think would be better for the long term?
If you are interested in just tech (read: no strats, no intention of really building your math/stats skills), I would pick wolverine, like I said before.
